Do you take anti-depressants and still feel depressed? Maybe they have work for a while, but like this author the pain has crept back in? If you've got a spare 5 minutes this is a very worth while read. It looks at whether depression is solely a clinical imbalance which can be 'fixed' with medication....or a natural reaction to environmental factors and psychological needs not being met....leaving the question of should medication be the only thing on the the 'menu' to treat depression, or should the 'menu' be extended to more psychological therapies to help discover the root causes of depression.
