This video, with the topic of male mental health, is a very powerful and visually gripping as the audio cleverly mismatches what the viewer sees. Much like the experience of male mental health, the outside doesn't always reflect whats going on inside. I found this video in the BACP's online Happiful Magazine and after seeing a very feminine front cover it was great to see male mental health getting some focus too.
